Our office is fully staffed between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:30PM on weekdays to assist you in scheduling appointments.

Surgeon Availability: 24 hrs/day; 7 days a week
Prescription Refills and Requests
Please call the office before 12 noon Monday through Friday to allow for your prescription to be called to the pharmacy the same day. Please have available the name and dosage of your medication and the name and phone number of your preferred pharmacy.
Parking at the Main Campus of Lehigh Valley Health Network @ Cedar Crest Blvd:
You may conveniently park at one of the following locations:
- Parking lot for the 1240 Building
- Parking Lot for the Cancer Center
- Parking Decks
- Free Valet Parking (at Main Entrance to Lehigh Valley Health Network or in front of the 5-tier Parking Deck)
Insurance Coverage:
Accept most insurance plans.
Patients are recommended to contact their respective insurance company to obtain the specifics for bariatric coverage including physician, type of surgeries, and hospital coverage.

From the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take the Northeast Extension to the Lehigh Valley exit.
Take Route 22 East to Route 309 South (I-78 East).
Follow 309 South (I-78 East) to the Cedar Crest Boulevard exit.
Turn right at the end of the exit ramp.
Turn right at the traffic light onto the hospital’s main entrance road.
Follow signs for visitor parking for the 1240 Office Building (left off the main hospital road).From Route 309 (I-78):
Take the Cedar Crest Boulevard exit.
If you’re traveling NORTH on Route 309 (I-78 West), turn left at the end of the exit ramp.
If you’re traveling SOUTH on Route 309 (I-78 East), turn right at the end of the exit ramp.
Turn right at the traffic light onto the hospital’s main entrance road.
Follow signs for visitor parking for the 1240 Office Building (left off the main hospital road).
From Route 22:
If you’re coming from points WEST of the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Northeast Extension:
Take Route 22 East to Route 309 South (merges with I-78 East).
Follow Route 309 South (I-78 East) to the Cedar Crest Blvd. exit.
Turn right at the end of the exit ramp.
Turn right at the traffic light onto the hospital’s main entrance road.
Follow signs for visitor parking for the 1240 Office Building (left off the main hospital road).If you’re coming from points EAST of the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Northeast Extension:
Take Route 22 West to Route 309 South (merges with I-78 East)
